Here are some food brands in Nigeria that are no longer in business today. Most of this brands are 30 years ago or so in the market, so if you are the owner of this amazing brands please we really need you back in the market.
1. Planta Margarine
Funny enough, just like the popular Nigerians would call every toothpaste Close-Up and every noodles Indomie, I still know of an elderly person that calls every margarine Planta.
2. Okin Biscuit (Coaster and Shortcake)
One of my favourite biscuits growing up! Still looking for Okin Biscuit (Coaster and Shortcake) in the market i hope will fine it soon.
3. Oxford Cabin Family Biscuit
Yes the outstanding cabin biscuits. This brand was definitely at the top in those days.
4. Krest Bitter Lemon – a Soft drink
The original bitter lemon drink, the old fashioned Schweppes.
5. Robot and Bubble Chewing Gum
